၁။ Responsibility - မိမိ တာ၀န္ယူရမည့္အပို္င္းကို တာ၀န္ယူၿခင္း၊ မိမိႏွင့္ လုပ္ေဖာ္ကိုင္ဖက္မ်ားအခ်င္းခ်င္း တာ၀န္ခြဲေ၀ယူေစၿခင္း 

၂။ Respect - မိမိအလုပ္ကို အခ်ိန္ႏွင့္အမွ် ေလးစားၿခင္း၊ လုပ္ေဖာ္ကိုင္ဖက္အခ်င္းခ်င္းေလးစားၿခင္း

 ၅။ Value - မိမိအလုပ္မွ မိမိလုပ္ေဖာ္ကိုင္ဖက္မ်ား ၾကီးငယ္မေရြး လုပ္ေဆာင္မွဳအေပၚ တန္ဖိုးထားၿခင္း၊ မိမိလုပ္ငန္းရည္ရြယ္ခ်က္ႏွင့္ တန္ဖိုး (Value) ကို လုပ္ေဖာ္ကိုင္ဖက္အခ်င္းခ်င္း သိရွိနားလည္ေအာင္ ၾကိဳးစားၿခင္း စသၿဖင့္ လက္ေတြ႕ခံယူက်င့္သံုးခဲ့ပါတယ္။ 

ဒါေၾကာင့္လည္း ၾကံဳေတြ႕လာေသာ အခက္အခဲမ်ားကို ေအာင္ေအာင္ၿမင္ၿမင္ ေက်ာ္လႊားႏုိင္ခဲ့ၿခင္း ၿဖစ္ပါတယ္။

3	Piping was isolated/blinded.
4	Pipe protected from corrosion.
5	Proper house keeping done.
6	Log Out/Tack Out Procedure done.
7	Appropriate permission to return line to service obtained.

C. INSTALLATION

1	Pipes fittings completed.
2	Pipe properly supported.
3	Valves & components installed properly.
4	Bolts & Nuts properly tighten.
5	Valves & components operated/function properly.
6	Pipe pressure/hydro test complete & acceptable.
7	No leaking evident around fittings or components.
8	Piping system properly flushed/cleaned.

B. PRE-INSTALLATION

2	Line is re-used.
3	Drawings/Layouts submitted & approved.
4	Line tracing done.
5	Piping was flushed/cleaned.
6	Piping was isolated/blinded.
