၁။ Responsibility - မိမိ တာ၀န္ယူရမည့္အပို္င္းကို တာ၀န္ယူၿခင္း၊ မိမိႏွင့္ လုပ္ေဖာ္ကိုင္ဖက္မ်ားအခ်င္းခ်င္း တာ၀န္ခြဲေ၀ယူေစၿခင္း 

၂။ Respect - မိမိအလုပ္ကို အခ်ိန္ႏွင့္အမွ် ေလးစားၿခင္း၊ လုပ္ေဖာ္ကိုင္ဖက္အခ်င္းခ်င္းေလးစားၿခင္း

 ၃။ Understanding- မိမိအလုပ္အေၾကာင္း အၿပည့္အ၀နားလည္ေအာင္ၾကိဳးစားၿခင္း၊ မိမိလုပ္ေဖာ္ကိုင္ဖက္မ်ား၏ မိသားစုရိုးရာဓေလ့ ဘ၀အေၿခအေနမ်ားကို သိရွိနားလည္ေစရန္ ၾကိဳးစားၿခင္း 

၄။ Communication- အခ်င္းခ်င္း အထက္ေအာက္ၿပန္လည္ သတင္းပို႕တင္ၿပၿခင္း၊ ၿဖစ္ေပၚလာႏုိင္ေသာ အက်ိဳးအေၾကာင္းမ်ားအား ေဆြးေႏြးဖလွယ္ ေလ့လာၿခင္း

 ၅။ Value - မိမိအလုပ္မွ မိမိလုပ္ေဖာ္ကိုင္ဖက္မ်ား ၾကီးငယ္မေရြး လုပ္ေဆာင္မွဳအေပၚ တန္ဖိုးထားၿခင္း၊ မိမိလုပ္ငန္းရည္ရြယ္ခ်က္ႏွင့္ တန္ဖိုး (Value) ကို လုပ္ေဖာ္ကိုင္ဖက္အခ်င္းခ်င္း သိရွိနားလည္ေအာင္ ၾကိဳးစားၿခင္း စသၿဖင့္ လက္ေတြ႕ခံယူက်င့္သံုးခဲ့ပါတယ္။ 

ဒါေၾကာင့္လည္း ၾကံဳေတြ႕လာေသာ အခက္အခဲမ်ားကို ေအာင္ေအာင္ၿမင္ၿမင္ ေက်ာ္လႊားႏုိင္ခဲ့ၿခင္း ၿဖစ္ပါတယ္။
